Orders are not finalized until payment is received and confirmed.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or delivered. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved purchase orders for business clients. Leasing & Rental Terms
Equipment leasing and rentals are subject to separate agreements outlining duration, payment schedules, responsibilities, and conditions for returns or buyouts. Customers are expected to maintain the equipment in good working condition and return it in the same condition (excluding normal wear and tear). Damages or loss during the lease or rental period may incur additional charges.

Repairs, Maintenance & Service
GoDigitalMedia offers repair and maintenance services for equipment purchased or leased from us. Service response times may vary depending on the issue and parts availability. Warranty terms will be stated at the time of sale; typically, new products carry a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty, and used or refurbished items include a 30-day limited warranty. Services performed outside the warranty period may be subject to additional charges.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items and must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation. A restocking fee may apply. Custom orders, leased items, and opened consumables (like toner or ink) may not be eligible for return. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
